Rehabilitate Fitness
We can help clients overcome minor orthopedic injuries through very specific exercises that restore strength, stability & range of motion to the affected joint and/or muscle.
Functional Fitness Training
Assisting in the optimal restoration of neuromuscular function compromised as a result of a previous injury or orthopedic surgery. We facilitate specialized exercises to re-educate the muscles that have, over time, developed poor movement habits.
Sports Performance
Sports oriented training that incorporates plyometric training techniques along with other power enhancing methods to improve & enhance athletes’ speed, quickness, agility & overall conditioning for their respective sports.
